Knafeh Confections was started right out of our kitchen by cooking homemade Knafeh to all of our family and friends.
As our passion for the dishes continued to grow, so did our community and so did their belly's.
Once the community grew, so did the idea of making Knafeh Confections a legitimate bakery and more convenient for our consumers.
